I needed that therapy. I actually had my first real anxiety attack a few weeks ago. For over 90 minutes I could not breath. Hyperventilating, I squinted through a maze of emailed instructions, miraculously completing the grant on time while bulldozing a new highway from my fish to my monkey brain.
