In vetting Lutnick as suitable to be Sec. of Commerce, the FBI IGNORED the clear paper trail /database of cases implicating Lutnick. It did not investigate at all, as EFTA docs show, and cleared him as suitable.

It is hard to believe that an investigation has never been done with all the New York City construction corruption that has taken place,one such job with a massive involvement was the nyc sanitation depot in maspeth built to repair trucks in the 90’s that was millions over original costs with arc plumbing and heating involved
