Live with Jackson Katz

A recording of a conversation about Women, Men, leadership and the Cornell 7

I’ve known Jackson Katz since I interviewed him for Elle Magazine back in the optimistic year 2014, a moment when our headline writers included the phrase “the world might be catching up” to his brand of male feminism. Uh, not so fast —-

His latest book is Every Man: Why Violence Against Women is a Men’s Issue. In it he explores what he calls the cultural crisis of pervasive misogyny-magnified by Trump and his predatory pals, and “manosphere” figures like Andrew Tate and his many imitators. It is a crisis that crosses lines of ethnicity, race, and socioeconomics and does enormous damage to women, girls, and men themselves.

Katz should be on Joe Rogan, not preaching to the choir here — so spread the word. He has a lot of insight and ideas. Thank you Garry Turner, PJ Schuster, Allison Blaisdel Havey, Maureen Drews and many others for tuning into my live video with Jackson Katz!
